DELIVERY POLICY

We endeavour to dispatch all products ordered within 24 hours after the order has been placed and accepted by us. You will be given an indication of the expected delivery time when you place your order online. The Meat Co. Vietnam Online Store insures each order through transit up until it is delivered to you or is collected. You will agree to Confirmation of receipt via Signature or Picture Taken when the products are collected and by doing so, you accept the responsibility for the products ordered from that moment on. If the recipient or collector is not the original purchaser, or in case of delivery of a gift, then you accept this Signature or Picture of Delivery Address or Person as evidence of delivery and fulfillment of your order.

DELIVERY CHARGES (based on selection):

Your Delivery fees will be Calculated and based on the Weight of your Order and Delivery Distance. WE TRY TO MAINTAIN THE LOWEST DELIVERY FEES IN VIETNAM as we have many VIP Contracts with Couriers and Our Delivery Fees Average 50k Per Kg and less for higher weights, but is NOT Limited to 50Kg withh every order and can Vary depending on many factors. As soon as we receive the Order and Address for Delivery After you click the "CHECKOUT" Button, everything will be Processed Speedily and you will be contacted within an hour to Confirm Receipt of Order an Final Amount with Delivery Fee will be confirmed with you.

 

ADDITIONAL CHARGES There are no additional charges Except for Delivery Fee's and Meat Cut Size variable that will be Confirmed with you after "Checkout".

 

DELIVERY TIME This may vary depending on the delivery location and services of our logistics partner. However, we currently Succeed in delivering orders within 12 Hours in Major Cities to 3 days in Outlying Areas (excludes public holidays). All Depending on your Exact Location In Viertnam!

As a Nationwide Delivery Butchery Service working with Fresh Imported meats, we Cannot Accept Online Payments due to Delivery Fees that needs to be Calculated and Meat Cuts to be weighed as they are not all Exactly the Same but we try to cut as close as Possible. As soon as we receive the Order After you click the "CHECKOUT" Button, everything will be Processed Speedily and you will be contacted within an hour to Confirm Receipt of Order an Final Amount with Delivery Fee will be Confirmed with you.

 

PAYMENT MODE:  You can pay by Cash on Delivery (COD), Internet Banking Transfers, PayPal or to Our Wise International Banking Accounts in Many Major Currencies.

RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS

Please note that any claim should be notified of our customer service within 24 hours after delivery. If the time has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Our policy only covers dry ambient goods (stored at ambient temperature). Chilled and frozen items cannot be returned.  
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  
 
Additional non-returnable items:  
- Gift cards  

- Promotion/Flash Sales items

 

If we delivery the product in good quality and correctly as your order, we will not accept the return in any reason.
 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  
 

If any of your products are damaged in any way upon receipt, please email us at hcmc@classicdeli.market. Please send an image of the damaged product along with your Order Number and an explanation of the problem.  If the products are faulty through no fault of your own, we will happily replace or refund the affected items.

If you return without reasonable reason, your account will be blocked for the next order.

 

NOTES FOR FLASH SALES/PROMOTION ORDER

Non-returnable

If you placed order and your order is ready to be received, but you cancel the order, your account on Classic Deli Website or App will be suspended for 1 week.
